My Story

I’m Michele ~ a holistic wellbeing practitioner, speaker and facilitator. Living Life Holistically is deeply personal to me because it was shaped through my own healing journey.
 
My journey has taken me through trauma, loss, faith, rebuilding and deep inner restoration. Along the way, I learned that true healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about reconnecting with who you are beneath the pain.
 
Through therapy, faith, embodiment practices and holistic wellbeing tools, I began to heal from the inside out.
 
Today, I work support individuals who feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by life, or stuck in cycles that no longer serve them. My approach is gentle, trauma informed and rooted in addressing the root cause, not surface symptoms, so healing is sustainable and lasting.
 
Living Life Holistically is not about perfection. It’s about wholeness!

My Journey

Living Life Holistically was born from lived experience, deep healing and professional practice.

My journey began in London and later took me to Jamaica, where a life changing season reshaped my understanding of healing and wellbeing.


After experiencing trauma, I stepped away from work to focus on therapy, recovery and rebuilding. Through professional training, reflection and lived experience, I learned that healing cannot be rushed or separated into parts. It must support the whole person ~ mind, body, emotional wellbeing and inner self.

My Approach

My work is grounded in professional therapy and shaped by lived experience. I focus on root cause healing rather than surface level solutions, supporting long-term change instead of quick fixes.

Clients are supported in a way that feels safe, grounded and paced. For those who wish, faith and spiritual reflection can be integrated into the healing process.

Faith and Healing

I began my healing journey through therapy and professional training, long before faith became central to my life.
 

Over time, my personal walk with God deepened and I experienced a level of healing, clarity and restoration that went beyond what I had known before.
 

My work holds space for both ~ professional therapeutic practice and faith-led healing, allowing clients to choose what feels right for them.
