What This Space Offers

Online support groups and community can be a powerful part of healing, offering spaces for emotional wellbeing, group therapy and shared experience.

Groups are not open or ongoing spaces. Each group is thoughtfully facilitated, time-bound and created to support meaningful growth without overwhelm and dependency.

How support groups work

  • Run for a set period of time

  • Limited numbers to protect safety and depth

  • Participation by request not automatic

  • Specific focus areas

  • Facilitated not self led
