Support Group

Gentle, facilitated spaces to connect with others, feel less alone and more understood being able to grow within a safe and supportive small community. 

Support groups are offered in limited numbers and are accessed by request to ensure safety and alignment.

You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you need. This space is for conversation and exploring what support might look like for you specifically ~ no one size fits all.
